Why did the mouse that was exposed to dioxin have low CTL counts?
There was obviously an animal mix-up at the lab. The CTL counts would be much higher if this mistake did not happen.
This type of mouse never responds to tumor cells.
Dioxin changed the mouse’s immune system, and it was unable to make CTLs in response to the tumor cell.
